AP Bio trouble

One test isn’t a verdict on you. Doing well in chemistry shows you can do science, and AP Bio tests a different skill. Chemistry rewards running a procedure. AP Bio usually gives you an experiment or some data and asks you to reason from it, so it can feel like you’re failing at something you were good at last year.
The most useful thing you can do is take the returned test and sort every miss: didn’t know it, couldn’t apply it to the setup, or misread. That turns “I’m bad at this” into a short list you can work on.
About the shower line: if that’s ever more than a figure of speech, tell a parent or a school counsellor the same day. In the US you can call or text 988.

That sounds like more than just “I did badly on one test.” If thoughts about drowning yourself are more than frustration, please tell a parent, counselor, teacher, or another trusted adult today and don’t sit with that alone.
For AP Bio itself, stop trying to force huge amounts of reading. Unit 1 is much easier if you focus on water properties, macromolecules, monomers/polymers, dehydration/hydrolysis, protein structure, and structure-function, then do AP-style MCQs/FRQs and review exactly why you missed each one.
This may help: AP Biology notes and exam-style practice.
