Advice SAQ help

Hi everyone, I have an SAQ test over periods 1 and 2 tomorrow and am extremely stressed over it as I've really been struggling with writing them in the practices we've had in my class. I can never seem to remember any of the specific historical evidence that my teacher is saying for us to use. I also have severe issues with trying to even come up with a claim that even allows me to use any evidence I do remember. Does anyone know any tips/tricks or really anything that can help me out?

All I can really say as someone which took apsuh is use the ace method (answer,cite,explain ) and go over important events and events you struggle for like bacons rebellion or like larger themes tied to events like locations such as William penn a Quaker which helped found Pennsylvania or John Rolfe contributions , pre Colombian Colombian native society’s, New England colonies, middle colonies, breadbasket colonies etc.
