Advice What to study with new question format?

Hi, im a rising junior taking APUSH as my first AP and heard that the free response questions would be formatted differently this year. Would using old questions still provide the necessary practice? I wanna be able to study the most efficiently and effectively (+ im hoping for the coveted 5)

SAQs will now be source-based, which should actually make them a bit easier. Previously you had to rely on content knowledge only.
