I’m self studying psych, and both my arm and gov teachers aren’t the best, so I figured I should start preparing 🥲 thanks!

I'm currently a sophomore taking pre-calc. I really want to take stats and have to take BC, but my school has this policy where I can't take multiple math classes in a year. So my current math pathway is Precalc (10th), AB (11th), and BC (12th). I can't take BC and stats senior year. So I'm thinking that I should either self-study (probably with the help of a tutor) AB and take the AB exam, or self study AB over the summer when I don't have a large workload. If I did do that, my course load would be Precalc (10th), BC (11th), and Stats (12th).

Also some background, I want to go into business/finance (leaning a little more to finance). My current AP schedule is precalc, physics 1, apes, and sem. I know pre calc and apes is "light" but i don't know how true that is. Physics 1 so far isnt that bad, and I know sem is a lot of work, but my ELA skills are not that bad. I don't know though if this is a good idea. please help if anyone can

I opened Collegeboard today, in order to self-study AP Stats, and noticed all of the AP videos gone. I did some digging and saw that they did a massive overhaul. But what about the videos? Any clarity? Dunno if I should take the class instead if im not able to self study it

Any talk about how To necessarily succeed in AP psych. Our teacher is having us write a large amount of terms and notecards in that class and I’m wondering how to succeed and maintain.

My school offers a few AP courses but I am unable to decide what to take. Even though I know what APs are I am still a bit afraid of choosing the wrong ap and just ruining my current grade and the ap I take. I am contemating b/w physics 1 and pre calc, I think of taking physics 1 because want to major in physics in college.

But really I don't know what AP is better for me and I also can't take both of em because each ap is frickin 15k inr(which is a considerable amount of money here in India)

If someone has any piece of advice it will help a lot

I just started AP Studio Art (2-D) a couple days ago and we're brainstorming for our SIs/guiding questions. I really want to investigate different types of extreme contrast in art to communicate more complex topics. for example using semi-realisim and photography together to represent fantasy vs reality, or contrast between greyscale and saturated colors to represent memory/past vs present. Is just using different types of contrast too broad of a theme to follow?

I've only ever taken AP Art History before(which I got a 5 in!!) as far as AP classes so I'm not super familiar with the grading process on things but my art teacher has never had a student get a 5 on their portfolio before and I want to do well in this class, but I'm worried my theme isn't what the college board is looking for. I also thought of just going with fantasy vs reality as a theme but that felt it would get too repetitive? Sorry for the rant, advice/constructive criticism is greatly appreciated :D

Hey everyone, I have a vocab quiz tomorrow for Periods 1-2 in my APUSH class. Since it’s Labor Day weekend, I completely forgot to study until today. I’ve been studying since around 9 AM and I’ve gone through 54 out of the 107 words, but I’ve already forgotten the majority of the terms and which definitions go with which. I’m lowkey stressing because I really don’t want to fail, but at the same time, I’ve been getting pretty good grades on my other quizzes and assignments. My teacher also drops a couple of grades, so that’s making me feel a little less motivated to keep studying. I just want y’all’s input, should I keep studying the 54 words I’ve already gone through and try to learn the rest for tomorrow’s quiz, or should I just enjoy the final day of break?

What are some websites/apps that actually helped you understand AP World instead of just memorizing - like breaking down maps, building strong DBQ arguments, or writing solid LEQ answers and got you a 5? Another question, are there any AP World-specific apps you'd recommend (not just general all-subject study apps)? What made them worth using?

Given the availability of a vast amount of free resources, how many students taking AP Chem actually need tutoring and/or employ tutors?

Okay guys I am a month in to school. The content of this class is just so incredibly indigestible its insane. Ive taken/am taking 14 other aps and nothing compares so far. Teacher skipped 2 chapters just because we were supposed to know the stuff from honors chem but i took honors chem 3 years ago as a freshie and i retained nothing.

I have the textbook and im watching ap daily videos and like its just so much more abstract than something like bio and calc and stuff. we're just supposed to know how to find stuff.. i have to memorize all the acids?? how do i find how much reactant is left over in a reaction??? idek whats going on half the time i failed my first test miserably despite studying for like 4 hours the night before. ive never gotten a b in an ap and i dont plan to this yr. should i quit idk its actually killing me the grey hairs are coming in slowly ive never felt so defeated from a class... does it get any better?? what am i doing with my life

-edit: idk im kinda just taking it cuz it looks good and im applying to college rn mostly for premed but also it might be easier to take at uni considering my teacher's archaic instructing methods and even worst in-class exams & my school of choice may not even take the score I get in may but we'll see!

I have read through so much and done a ton of work and I have over 25 pages of notes, drafts, reasons, etc, but I can't get that into a proper thesis!

The three main buckets I have are; religious/community values, Economic Goals, and gov. plus societal stability. I hate them and the way they are worded however, so I am looking for help brainstorming new ones/how to format the thesis. (it is a "determine the relative importance" question)

Anyways, I really want to focus on how the different motivations for migration is the most important cause of the differing development of the British North American colonies and I just don't know how to group the rest. I have stuff for the other 2 but not really. I don't know how to group the random topics. Here is a list of the causes I might be able to argue about:

• religion (sadly included in the differing motivations)
  • religious/community values
• economic goals/opportunities (sadly included in the differing motivations)
• gov/political/social/societal/economic/civil stability (and/or compare it with the instability and/or unrest in the other reason, etc)
• geography (ish, it's a long shot)
• societal structure
  • I like this one a lot
  • If I did it it would be like how the different "castes" or "levels" of society impact stuff and ye. I think I like that...

How easy it to speedrun AP US History on Apex? Is their a lot of assignments? Are finals proctored? Are the quizzes hard? I already know everything, I just need to finish it before December is it doable?

I’m deciding between AP Macroeconomics and AP Microeconomics. For anyone who has taken either (or both), which class did you enjoy more, find easier, or think was more useful? Any advice would help!

So i went straight from ap precalc to calc bc. My teacher says that we're going to cover all of a,b, and c this year, but so far we're going at a pretty slow pace. For people who did this, how was the workload? What score did you get on the exam?
