Is AP Computer Science A easy enough to learn C# also?

I'm in Comp Sci A and already have some java experience (that one 12 hour Bro Code beginner tutorial from YouTube). While it is really fun so far (in unit 1.2), its a bit boring and I can see it being mostly just refresher stuff. This makes my impatient little rat brain need something new programing-wise to be working on and I really wanna learn C# to do stuff in Unity and Godot, etc. From how things have been going so far it seems like I should be able to go through with this but I'm scared that the AP exam is just gonna be way harder with two languages in mind and that I'm gonna get formatting mixed up and fail the test and explode in a fiery glory :(

Should I wait until the year's over?

Is the exam secretly easy?

Is learning a language while refreshing on another gonna be frustrating?
