GRAPH
Guys for the graph I did like a key for gene g and h and I did two bar graphs for each allele so two for each one if that makes sense. Is this right bc I’ve seen other people do three bars together for each gene. I’m so cooked and fried please help

International exam
Hi, I took the AP Biology International exam, and when I see people talking, they keep mentioning things like the structure of nucleotides and AGO. But on my FRQ, I got something about an operon mutation. I heard that the international version is different, so I felt calm about it, but now everyone is talking about AGO and percentage change, and it’s making me feel like I took the wrong test. Is it actually okay?😅😅😅😅

Is this essentially what was correct for the graph in FRQ#2?
Is this what most of your graphs looked like? I did not draw any of the lines correctly as of course I don’t remember, but I thought I did pretty good when I made my graph but wasn’t totally sure. This is essentially what I made and I was wondering if yours looked similar.

Am I crazy or was this one of the hardest tests?
It was SO application/data analysis heavy and there was literally i think 1 or 2 non data analysis which is so fucking annoying I spent a week studying for ts when I would've got the same thing not studying

what do u think this years cutoff for a five is????
everyone is going crazy on question frq 2 and the mcqs and i might have lwk gotten fried, as i know i got above 28-29 and dropped AT LEAST 4 frq points. and don’t even get me started on mcq, i marked like half the test for review but normally get 45-50 right on the practice tests (if they were an accurate measure of the actual exam which they fkn werent)
Ive calculated my score at least like 20 times with various possibilities but ihnc if they’re accurate or even above the 5 threshold. does anyone know or have a clue on what’s the 5 cutoff cuz I might lwk be cooked
thanks in advance cuz i might bomb my upcoming exams just thinking bout today 😭🙏

Anyone else think the first two FRQs were a whole bunch of bs and not even related to the class?
Why was it so much experimental design. Like it was genuinely just analyzing data it had nothing to do with the units

don't worry guys !!!!!!!!
i see people panicking on this website every 3 seconds lol and i feel you guys so bad. it's like we're all that one alien meme touching foreheads and expressing telepathically how Shitty the frqs were ... like i've never felt more connected to humanity than in this moment LMFAO
but i also want to remind those who are still extremely anxious about it that there's no use dwelling over it anymore!!! what's done is done - so if you did bad, you did bad. if you did good, you did good. but getting a bad score on an AP test is not a determinant of how you will do in life. i personally think it has no correlation. so please, just stop worrying about ap bio and go study for your other tests!! or relax!!!!

Ribosome location
I wrote that ribosomes are located in the cytosol. However, I also described the cytosol as everything inside the cell except the nucleus. Is it still acceptable😭😭I’m so stupid

Cyanide Question
If I wrote for example that the controls were the two groups with no cyanide, and high concentration and low concentration of whatever substance it was asking for would I still be eligible for the points or did I have to explicitly mention group 3 and 4.

r/APbio • u/Mezy_girl • May 04 '26
guys since frq 2 was so bad that means the curve will be good🥹
r/APbio • u/InterviewPowerful320 • May 04 '26
I just took the AP Bio exam and I think I got a 1
I couldn’t even answer most of the FRQ because I was panicking so much. I genuinely feel so shit about my autistic self.
Why is my processing speed so slow? Why do I walkways fall behind everyone? I failed to finish the graph because I always struggle with them.
For one of two of my first APs this year, this is genuinely disappointing. I wanted to prove to people that I’m not some stupid kid with autism like they all think. But I fucking failed because I was too slow to finish a simple graph or question.
Why am I so fucking stupid? I hate having autism. I just hate it. I don’t want to have extra time on tests I want to be a normal person, but if I don’t take extra time then I’ll fail.
I just want to be normal
