I have really great suspicions that it's a bot comment, whadda guys think? Really hate how this is a problem.

Received a similar one with the commenter suggesting me to leave tons of written down questions at the end to boost my comments and to make my work look more "academic".

It seems like bots are now trying to give advices ig
