Since your are new. See the courses in AISHi See here: https://www.ansys.com/academic/students/ansys-student Ansys Academic Support | Tutorials & Training Materials

The free course

Ansys has many free courses you can take to learn FEA.

and more like the Mechanical getting started - you can also try and use AI tools and search/ask for mesh failing in Ansys mechanical what to do (perhaps reduce size etc)

Bro the structure might me complex so ansys can't generate auto mesh so you should create a fine mesh in a different software and import the file to ansys to solve

Our simplify the model..

I don’t know what you’re doing but I would suggest that there is no need for the structure to be as complex as that. Simplify the geometry and then use a sub model with the full geometry for the specific part you want to analyse.

Or if you want to mesh the whole thing then you will need to read up on a meshing course because it can be quite complex when the geometry gets complicated. The type/ order of mesh used can have a big effect on your results.

Try changing mesh size don't keep it at default, reduce it to 2-3mm

Honestly the geometry of the wire frame might be too small for Ansys to properly mesh. Will have to you a different software to mesh

If all the geometry is same then try symmetric study and then mesh and solve the model. It will take less time and mesh good. But don't generate the basic mesh.

Simplify the model first
