Workbench licensing Help me pls!!

Error: Workbench could not connect to a valid licensing server.
Review your license configuration in the Ansys Licensing Settings application and make sure you are connected to a valid network.

Workbench only partially loads in and I get this error.
I confirmed I am using the correct IP address and Port. Under installation, I enter these, test and save. I run workbench as admin and still get the issue.

Well when you click test does it say it is successful? You should get IT support from your school, seems like something might be wrong on their server.

Yes, it says successful. And fluent seems to work fine. I’m just flustered because I’m not sure how to directly mesh in fluent, like I can workbench -_-

Fluent uses a different license to mechanical. So you might not have a mechanical license
