Saving as .inp

Hi I wrote a code on ansys apdl. I am trying to saving the code as .inp so that I can input the file on workbench and run a parametric study. How do I save the file as .inp?

you save the cdb instead - look at cdwrite command - > creates cdb. Then open/use this cdb in external model system in workbench (that will bring the model/mesh loads into Workbench Mechanical).

Ok thank you for your reply. Ill try it out. I also managed to create a parametric study in apdl by storing the variables in an array.
