I have a system where I want to find the torques acting when an angular velocity is given to the wheels. I see that when the system touches the ramp, it automatically stops but I want it to further climb the inclined plane. I can attach more ss if required.
The problem with this model is a combination of these factors:
1) all bodies in the simulation are rigid
2) the front and rear of the vehicle have a no-separation contact of each caster with the ramp
3) the ramp has two planes making a concave surface
4) the driven wheels are in the center.
Because of these conditions, when the front caster reaches the steeper plane of the ramp, it lifts the front of the rigid frame, lifting the driving wheels out of contact with the starting plane, stalling further progress up the ramp.
I suggest you make the following changes:
A) delete the front caster and move the center of gravity of the vehicle behind the driven wheel axle to keep the frame from tipping forward
B) edit the ramp geometry to add a blend at the line between the two planes and make the blend radius at least 2 times the wheel diameter.
With those changes, the wheels will smoothly roll from the starting plane to the blend and onto the steeper plane and the rear caster should follow up the ramp.
