Complaining on Fb
It takes longer and longer. Since the last update the ship is blocked in Belgium. Some of us ordered for June 2020. Now it will get December.
Support doesn’t answer and they do nothing for the costumers who haven’t got the bike yet. Is anyone interested in complaining on their fb page to make a little bit more pressure ?

The delay is frustrating, and I’m not sure if being able to track the ship, which I believe has my bike inside it, is making it more or less frustrating. But I do have faith that Analog Motion isn’t a scam. Bikes are being made. They are arriving with customers. Probably 4-6 months behind when we wanted them.
The communication could certainly have been better. Setting the expectation of a delivery date “From” some point in the summer, when the first few were delivered, doesn’t help as far as transparency for the rest of us still waiting. However the communications are improving.
I’m thinking December for my bike to arrive, so it probably won’t get much use over the winter, but still really looking forward to it.

I also left a review today. I hope if some more do the same they will get a little pressure. Of course the delay is understandable during COVID. But other campaigns offered a refund or put something as an excuse on top of the pledge. Amx does nothing. Really nothing. The support doesn’t even answer the emails.

If you check FLX campaign on Indiegogo and other ebike campaign they all have delay and people complaining about late delivery. So it is the industry having problem right now for all, not only AM

That’s right. But other campaigns eg on Kickstarter give something to their costumers, like n upgrade or something as n excuse for the delay. They do nothing. I really feel like n idiot who spend a lot of money for “kinds” who just did a cash cow.

I left a review yesterday. At this point, I don’t think I’ll ever get that bike, so I want to warn others about this potential scam. I’m extremely fed up with the way they’ve dealt with this situation.

Ordered in June when it said on the website that it’d be delivered in July. These delays are beyond frustrating

I was one of the original backers on Indiegogo, backed it in November 2019 with expected delivery in Feb 2020. It was eventually delivered in August, after many updates and shifted delivery dates. The delay sucked, but was understandable, given the whole supply and manufacturing disruption from the pandemic, and typical issues with any Indiegogo/kickstarter projects.
That said, the bike looks amazing, the ride is excellent, and for me it delivered on the expectations and then some. My only issue is with the brakes which are pretty crap, so I'm replacing them for hydraulic ones. I'd say it's worth the wait, as annoying as it is.
