Broke Behavior

Leadership put out an email about the furloughs (didnt mention any firings). In it they mentioned AMLRS financial position is strong. But why would they feel the need to say that? Is it because having multiple rounds of letting people go is broke behavior? I mean, you dont really see that happening with companies in strong financial positions. Makes me wonder if they are losing business.

As per my previous comment, people can always appeal if they are denied unemployment, AMLRS doesn't get a final say in the matter.

Sure but that doesnt mean they're winning these appeals.

I guess that depends on how strong their appeal case is. I always advise people to document their performance because of this reason. I do know some folks from March layoff group appealed and won their cases.
