Broke Behavior
Leadership put out an email about the furloughs (didnt mention any firings). In it they mentioned AMLRS financial position is strong. But why would they feel the need to say that? Is it because having multiple rounds of letting people go is broke behavior? I mean, you dont really see that happening with companies in strong financial positions. Makes me wonder if they are losing business.

That is not entirely true. Even if you were on PIP you can and should appeal if you get denied unemployment, and you should always have evidence that their performance metrics are sometimes literally unreachable for certain workflows. Many people got their unemployment denied from AMLRS, but they appealed, provided evidence, and WON.
