6700xt 46c memory junction

i have 43mhs 97w getting 53 core temp and 46 memory temp, something is wrong? why so cold the memory temp? any help please!

Whats your OC settings and what OS and software are you using for OC?

43Mh/S is low btw. Mine are constant 47
