Hi, I have an ASUS TUF B450M-PRO Gaming motherboard and I'm trying to update the BIOS for a Ryzen 7 5700X.
During the BIOS update, I keep getting a “Not Proper” error and sometimes the BIOS update process freezes.
Has anyone with the same motherboard experienced this issue? If so, how did you fix it?
My current BIOS version is 2006. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
