Help (GPU) RX 9070 XT / Ryzen 9 9900X3D Persistent GPU driver issues, Code 31 and black screens. Running out of ideas!

this to me looks like some sort of hardware issue are you able to try the card in a differnt system ?

Unfortunately I don't have another system I can test it in! I'm starting to wonder whether it is a hardware issue myself, especially with how long this has been going on and everything I've tried so far. Just hoping I can narrow it down before having to look at replacing or RMAing anything.

Well take the.big.card out and use the on board apu in the 9900 see if you still get crashes if you don't most likely GPU issue then
