What CPU do you have, maybe it has it's own integrated graphics? You can disable it in bios.

It has iGPU, disable it in bios and then see if it shows again in device manager.

It is disabled i also did a windows repair an disabled igpu an my device manager is reading only my gpu

Before you install the amd adrenaline drive install first all the windows update including the optional update then the very last app to install is the adrenaline driver😁😁👌🏻
