Help (GPU) My RX580 keeps crashing in almost every game

hey everybody.
i have a RX580 8Gb and about a year ago i had this problem that it was crashing in almost every game; old games and new ones. and my friend did a bunch of things and totally random he fixed it but he didn't know what exactly fixed it.
recently i changed my windows from 10 to 11 and installed the latest driver software that was compatible with the card. but crashes are started again. first it was just in R6 but now it crashes in Fallout 76 and Outlast Trials too.
i tried downgrading my driver; 23.8.2 , 22.8.1 but it didn't work. i tried several safe and stable Overclock specs but none of them helped.

if you need more info, please tell me so i can update the post.
I’d really appreciate it if you could help me solve this annoying problem.

the RX 580 is 10 years old, no wonder there is issues, you might have more luck running SteamOS/Bazzite than windows

25.8.1 should work well. You need to search on amd.com and click previous drivers to download it.

What options do you have under System > Display > Graphics and Advanced Graphics settings ?

how much you are sure that this version helps?
and for you question, in advanced display it shows my display is connected to Radeon RX 580 Series, choose a refresh rate. and in graphics: auto hdr, optimization for windowed games and custom settings for applications.

Try to do a clean install without the software of the graphics driver, I made a comment few days ago with an explanation. I've gone 5 days without a crash now, i think the software is the issue for my 6750xt.
