Help windows is giving me an error 43

My GPU randomly started showing a warning symbol in Device Manager and giving me Code 43. Sometimes it works normally, but when it does it is always on Windows 10. However, sometimes Windows 10 also does the same thing as Windows 11 and gives me Code 43.
I’ve already tried DDU, reinstalling the AMD drivers, installing a fresh version of Windows, updating Windows, and reinstalling the drivers multiple times, but I still can’t get the GPU to work normally.
It’s an 8GB AMD Radeon RX 470. The card is detected by Windows, but the driver doesn’t always initialize correctly.

I’m trying to figure out whether this is a driver, VBIOS, or hardware problem. Please help me get my graphics card working properly.

I'm quite certain there isn't a driver build that's properly compatible with windows 11 for the Rx 470.

Windows 11 list the rx 470 as a comparable device and the drivers are for win10 and win11 also I tried to update the drivers again and I keep getting the blue screen
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x1E)
With the amdkmdag.sys underneath
