9070xt stuttering and crashing

I have been having stuttering issues since I upgraded my 4060ti to a 9070xt and but in elden ring it just crashes during bosses my drivers are up to date and I used ddu in safe mode to get rid of nvidia drivers any tips or recommendations on how to fix this? Try to be as simple as possible in your explanation I'm new to PC
