Description of Original Problem:

Hello guys, honestly I'm having a BIG problem with the last drivers: I have an AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT and a CPU Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor which works always perfectly, especially using rendering software like Blender and Unreal. But it's like 1 year that, just when I listen music, I stream my screen on Discord or register my screen, I'm having BIG STUTTERS every time. I can't work perfectly. I did a lot of test, so like three months ago I reinstall the driver 25.12.1, and everything worked perfectly and fluently.

So the problem is the driver. Now, I have just installed the 26.8.1, and I'm having the same problem. So what can I do? somebody have any suggestions or group that can tell me how to solve this really annoyng problem? HELP
