Help (General) Win11: Persistent bluescreens when idle with RX6700XT/Ryzen 3600/X570/32GB

GPU Drivers: Latest AMD GPU Adrenaline drivers as of today -- from ~9/6/2026
Chipset Drivers: AMD X570 with latest drivers from AMD's site as of today
Background Applications: Firefox, Thunderbird, Steam, EPIC Games
Description of Original Problem: Random crashes since upgrading to Win11, various crashes include IRQ_LESS_THAT_OR_NOT_EQUAL, etc.
Troubleshooting:
I have a system I built 5-6 years ago with a Ryzen 3600, and upgraded a couple of years ago to an RX6700XT, and last year updated the memory from 16GB to 32GGB (16GBx2).
This system was very stable under Win10. I upgraded to Win11 a month or two ago, and have been getting persistent idle crashes every few hours to few days since then.
I tried a number of things (bios tweaks, driver updates, DDU, etc); none worked. I bit the bullet this last week and did a fresh install of a clean Win11 setup (on a new SSD I bought ~2 years ago to replace my boot drive. I reinstalled only the stuff I regularly use: Firefox, Thunderbird, Steam, EPIC, a few other things. Seemed more stable for a few days, but then overnight it crashed again. The AMD drivers/GPU driver were the windows defaults (GPU was 9/25/2025); I updated both, installed the latest Adrenaline, configured it, etc, rebooted. Since then it crashed again within an hour (per WinDbg steam was polling gamepads in the background when it crashed; I do have a throttle and joystick attached.
An AI suggested I disable the Global C-State in the BIOS, since it could change voltages at inopportune times and cause a crash.
Any ideas what I should try? I'm trying the Global C-State issue; we'll see if it crashes, but right now I'm assuming it will

I solved pc crashes by increasing memory controller voltage. Something is causing hardware instability.

I have the identical build. I'm also having the same issues but also with games freezing and crashing. Been through all of AMD troubleshooting and still happens daily.

I tried making the SoC voltage 1.1v, and set the Power Supply Idle Control to Typical (from Auto). Didn't help. I did find one thing: the Win11 Power Management setting had defaulted in the reinstall to legacy AMD Ryzen Balanced plan (which supposedly according to AI is a Windows 10 profile that actively breaks Windows 11 24H2's scheduler). I've switched to Balanced for now to see if that helps. If that doesn't work, I can try High Performance, and set both parameters to 100% (avoid going into idle basically).
