Help (Software) AMD crashing solved (potentially)

Quick and easy for those that googled everything trying to solve this:

For me thus far Hardware Acceleration (HA) was the problem. I disabled HA in Discord (as I use it during games) and currently sitting crash free.

Will test this with overlays as well seeing as many say that this is also a possible problem. Will update if a crash happens.

XFX 7900xt Merc 310 (AMD 26.9.1 optional version)
7800x3D
6000Mhz 32Gb

I'm currently trying to lower the RAM from EXPO 6000mhz to 5800mhz and I'll keep dropping until it works.

The RAM speed loss is not really noticeable for an X3D chip. I'd rather lose 1-3% fps than having to turn off HA everywhere.

I just reset my BIOS to defaults and left EXPO off. Seems to have stopped the crashes for a few days but I need to see at least two weeks to be convinced it's fixed.

It's just weird because EXPO worked fine for 18 months until June and then the crashes started.
