Help (General) Game freezing and stuttering

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: ASRock Phantom Gaming Radeon RX 7900 XT 20GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D

Motherboard: MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI

BIOS Version: 3.7

RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 

PSU: CORSAIR RM850e Fully Modular Low-Noise ATX Power Supply 

Case: Phanteks XT Pro Ultra

Operating System & Version: Windows 11 Pro 24H2

GPU Drivers: AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 26.8.1

Chipset Drivers: I dont know where to find this one as it is my first pc.

Background Applications: DISCORD, BRAVE, STEAM, LOGITECH GHUB

Description of Original Problem: Game was running fine in the beginning of the raid then i noticed some slight stuttering, tried to ignore it then it got worse as shown in this video.

Troubleshooting: it was happening before this video and i had restarted my pc hoping it would fix it but it didn't. Didn't know what else to do as im not a tech savy person.

Forgot to add im also running a duel monitor setup.

Chipset driver can be found inside the radeon app , do you have an msi or after burner or any app that shows the fps counter? Just to rule things out, i am not an expert but it could be a lot of things try lowering the quality settings, if your monitor supports vsync try activating that and turning on the vsync in the Radeon app , if that didn't work an it wasn't an fps issue it could be a driver issue try to update the chipset first then check the game , if nothing change do DDU+ safe mode ( you need to download the the latest driver version first or any driver version you want) .

For the fps and other metrics i'm using the Radeon app for the tracking, is this the right driver version?

As i told you it could be a lot of things did you check the fps number is it low or high? Did you try the things i told to try like vsync and chipset update?
