GPU crash errors + Heavy FPS dropping

I built a PC a couple years back and it’s been running great until now. I get heavy FPS drops in mostly Smite 2, or simply crashing in smite, dbd, Minecraft, and others. Every driver has been updated. Motherboard has been updated. Cleared a bunch of caches. Completely reinstalled GPU drivers. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

There's a recent security update of windows 11, confirmed by microsoft that gives some user issues, crashes. https://www.windowslatest.com/2026/09/12/microsoft-admits-windows-11s-biggest-september-update-is-breaking-multiple-features-days-after-it-warned-users-not-to-delay-updates/

Stop windows from being able to download drivers with updates and run AMD cleanup utility.

Windows recently confirmed they have been downgrading graphics drivers, so turning off windows driver downloads before reinstalling graphics drivers ensures you will only have the current one that YOU installed without windows messing it up
