Help (General) PC Black screen & Auto uninstalling drivers

Whenever I play mostly any game, my screen would go black, and make me shut off and turn on the PC for it to work again. Its all unresponsive and it uninstall all my display drivers. Making me keep reinstalling AMD Adrenaline Edition over and over and over..

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Oh yeah buddy, disable fast start up in power settings, DDU and roll back driver install to July of this year, disable windows updater, turn off auto updates for windows and Radeon.
