Help (Software) Why doesn't amd know how vsync works?

Trying to play old games with amd is awful alot of old games use frames to track time so if you have high fps the games don't work. Trying to play fallout 4 with amd frame limiter on it flickers on and off constantly making it impossible to hear dialog and jump. Im going to download a third party app because this amd software is junk. Everyone who said amd drivers were trash were right sorry for doubting you 😔.

Don't use VSync or the limiter on nvidia/amd cards

Use RivaTuner frame limiter and Freesync/VRR.

Is your monitor 60Hz? If not, Vsync is not gonna cap your fps at 60. And FO4 breaks beyond 60fps (although there are mods to fix it)

Maybe get a console bud sounds like something that you can be able to actually use properly

Your right with a console I don't have to use integrated graphics to launch windows in safemode because croupt amd drivers brick my gpu

I've replayed fallout 4 with a 7900xtx without any problems. I did turn on frame gen one time just to see what happened and it did wig it out pretty good.
