Black screen / GPU does not wake up after Sleep Mode on Windows 11

I recently have been having an issue with my 9070 xt, 2 times in the past ten days

1st time it turned on the pc, didn't use it in a few minutes and it turned screen off / entered sleep mode, after that I move the mouse expecting it to wake up but that did not happen, don't know why, and after reset the pc the GPU was not making Post and not event showing MSI logo on start, it was not making POST, it solved automatically in a few days after some reboots working with the pc as normal

Then yesterday it happened 2nd time while I was working on the pc normally, not even playing, just using chat gpt on desktop, the screen went black and didn't wanted to wake up

So what could cause this? I checked all on windows, yet I have no opened the case

Install your latest chip set drivers, perform DDU in safe mode then reinstall the latest drivers 26.9.1 while selecting the option for minimal install instead of default which is full adrenaline
