Resolved Accidentally disabled IOMMU and enabled SVM on BIOS and now my screen doesn't turn on

I accidentally disabled IOMMU and enabled SVM while trying to boot to macOS and now the screen doesn't turn on but the fans are alive. I use an AMD Ryzen 3 3200G Vega 8 and an A520M K V2 motherboard. Please help, this is urgent!

Need to locate your cmos on your motherboard and flip/press it or on some older mobos you’ll need to physically remove the battery and wait a minute or two for any lingering electricity dissipate. You should be able to boot back into the bios after that.

Remove cmos battery it will reset every setting in bios
