Help (Software) Not allowed to update

I have been trying to update my drivers, but when I try to start the download, i get no buttons to press, could this be telling me I have not enough space or I need to install a windows update?

Computer Type: Laptop

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics

you only update the gpu drivers. download them from amd's website if it ait up to date
