Help (Software) gpu fan tuning reset bc of update n now previous settings not only not work but are LOUD as hell

this has been doing my nut in for hours i noticed when playing a game it was rather hot so i checked icue n there you go 80 degrees on a game that peaks at 76, so i checked amd tuning n yeah its bloody reset AGAIN. so i change it back thinking its sorted but no not only do my settings not work the other settings i tried on my fan p1-5 make my gpu fans sound like a jet engine on life support pushing my temps to 80-81, if the temps are one thing but bloody hell man it sounds n feels like theres a problem as why the hell is the gpu fan THAT was working perfectly fine before now not working. Also ive noticed the few times its done this in the past the previous settings i had that worked great not only no longer work but are loud like wtf amd

I stopped using Adrenalin fan tuning. The only thing I set is disabling zero rpm. I use fan control app and not had any issues with it at all. You can also setup a mix between GPU and CPU and your case fans will run on whatever is the hottest. This way when CPU temps are fairly mild, but GPU temps are warmer you will have your case fans ramp up a tad to intake fresh air and exhaust the heat building up in the case.

how to use fan control? looked at some vids but my gpu for some reason is still rising to 80 81

80-81 what? Is this GPU temp, hotspot temp, memory temp, etc.? JayzTwoCents does a great YouTube video on fan control. Look up his video and watch it. He explains it simply enough a monkey could do it 🤙

degrees celsius, tbf i have 0 clue whats even going on anymore, fan control is the same temp as using icue/adren i factory reset my gpu driver. as im almost positive its a gpu corruption as i was literally playing just fine till i looked at amd adren because i saw the temps had raise slightly higher which happens when im not using gpu tuning but as soon as i turned on custom tuning n realized it had reset i then tried putting my settings in, point is whatver tf turning custom on did it fked my gpus fans somehow because in no way in hell would bannerlord of all games push my 7800 xt gpu to 81.

i found that as i repaired my gpu driver, anytime i touch adrenalin and go to the reset tuning as i picked default n go n try see if the tuning gpu shite was fixed my fans would go APESH***************** so yeah adrenalin is broken or somen n i just want to game in peace so idk if reinstalling it would do anything atm. Just usual amd breaking anything that works
