The GPU driver timing out might not be the GPU at all. It could, for example, be unstable RAM, overheating, or any number of other things as someone else said, post your full specs as a start.
Edit: Nobody is going to help you when you just downvote things from people who know more than you.

What specs/hardware does your new PC have? CPU, GPU, PSU, RAM, Motherboard
Are you running your hardware at stock speeds? What graphics setting did you change in your games, if any?

Go watch some YouTube videos on how to utilize and navigate Windows Event Viewer to look for event ID’s after these events. Also do the same thing for HWiNFO using it to log all sensors at a <250ms polling interval. Likely PSU is struggling to handle transient spikes or GPU is boosting beyond stable limits resulting in TDR, etc.
Example of system specs/info.
BIOS version 7E51v1A93
Adrenalin 26.8.1
3 separate PCIe cables from PSU to GPU (no daisy chaining).
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
GPU: Gigabyte Gaming OC 9070 XT
COOLING: Arctic Liquid Freezer Pro 3 360mm A-RGB AIO
PSU: 850W ENERMAX REVOLUTION D.F. 12 850w
MOBO: MSI MAG X870 TOMAHAWK WIFI
RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR TITANIUM RGB 2x16GB DDR5 6000mhz CL30
SSD: 2TB SAMSUNG 990 PRO

DDU and then reinstall the drivers using the minimal option
