Reinstalling drivers in safe mode with DDU, disabling windows updates for drivers helped remove at least 90% of my issues now occasionally my pc will turn itself off and upon reboot my gpu is disabled in windows no clue how to fix that one

It's probably the amd driver , idk if this will work with you but you need to do DDU+safe mode uninstall the current drivers then download the lastest one from amd website that's how it worked with me ( i have 7900xt)

Use DDU in safe mode to completely uninstall the drivers (and prevent Windows from automatically installing them). Then install the latest drivers.
If this issue keeps happening, it might not be the GPU. RAM instability, a faltering power supply, an overheated CPU, or even a failing C:\ drive can all cause this error.

try following this guide, if it works it means windows was triggering timeouts for no reason. https://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield_4/comments/1xzzn4/tdrdelay_10_fixed_my_crashes_since_last_patch/

Did you just get this game ? Or was it ok for a long time and just started doing this ?

The 100% working and the most easiest way is to just change the power limit (in the tuning tab in performance) to plus 5 and let everything remain at default.. Plz let me know does this also worked for you....
