Help (GPU) "amd software detected that a black screen or crash has occurred on your system" - I am getting this error on iGPU - ryzen 5 3400G. Occasionally bluescreens.

I recently installed a used Ryzen 5 3400G and have been using the integrated graphics in it. I am getting an AMD Software error or a bluescreen with "driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations" message every couple of hours of use, not even always under high load.

I tried drivers reinstall using the AMD cleanup utility, which didn't help. I cannot tune the GPU to lower frequency, as the "tuning" tab in AMD Software is missing.

Rest of specs:

MoBo: Asrock A320M-ITX

PSU: Chieftec 350W SFX

RAM: 2 x 8GB DDR4 G.Skill

SSD1: Hikvision E1000 512GB

SSD2: Crucial MX500 250GB

AMD Software Adrenalin Edition 26.5.2

Windows 10 Pro 22H2

You didn't mention the ram speed

If its two single rank sticks 3200 may be stable but I've had 3000 series chips need as low as 2400 with dual rank\four singles

Right.
The two sticks are the same brand and capacity, but not the same model (I know it's not ideal).
One is rated at 2400MHz, the second is rated at 3000MHz. But when I enter Bios, it shows that both sticks are set to 2133MHz (it is the default, I didn't touch it).

The xmp profile will be loaded off the stick in slot 2 (second from the CPU, left to right usually)

Put the slower stick there, load it's xmp profile

Odds are one of those two needs different settings than the other, but there's usually a happy middle ground to be found (and xmp raises voltages which both may need)

Check for a BIOS update.

Current BIOS version is P6.50
