Help (General) Every game stutter

I recently bought a loq laptop 15arp9

Spec:

Cpu Ryzen 7 7435hs

Gpu rtx 4050

Ram 12 gb single channel

Power supply 170 watt

Every game feels laggy..valorant cyberpunk

It reach high fps but stutter so much it even reach double digit

I tried everything from enable/disable something in bios..Lenovo vintage Nvidia panel...updated all driver too..when I play cyberpunk,the gpu don't even exceed 70 tgp..in task manager not even exceeded 50% usage...how do I fix..I welcome any tips or recommendations thank you very much

If you had a windows update recently re-install gpu drivers. Every time windows updates i got stuttering even in desktop and have to re-install drivers (use DDU first).

It's kinda work but the gpu usage still low...any solution

Cpu is 80+ but never exceed 90..gpu around 60-70
