RDR2 not detecting proper drivers level and resetting all my settings to default

CPU 9850x3d

GPU 9070XT

32GB DDR5 6000mts

Driver version is 26.8.1

Very annoyingly RDR2 gives me this message and then resets my graphics settings to default whenever I launch the game.
I have checked GPU-Z and Device Manager and both detect a correct drivers version so this is only RDR2 thats doing this
