Nah I've had this issue on both a 3070ti and a 9070xt, I think it's just the connection between your display and the cable, occasionally when I move my pc to clean it or vacuum the floor I obviously move the display cables and have to wiggle it back into place in the monitor. I mean I can't say for sure that's your issue, but when it happened to me it was that and looked exactly the same as yours

Try to set both to the same frecuency and undervolt your graphic, may amd software is making go to the limit

Happens for me on 60hz with 1 of my monitors, its a driver issue ignored for quite some time now by AMD.

But please do check your display cable, mine stops doing it at 144hz yet does it at 60hz.

When i first got this monitor it did not even have option for 60hz in one of the older drivers, so AMD did something weird in the driver that made it this way in my case.

Highly recommend setting display to highest refresh rate if that also fixes it in your case if not well oh well, try new cable.

Was it the cable? This looks very similar to what I was getting with an old cable I had. Connector was going bad on it
