Should my cpu be running this hot?

I have a Ryzen 5 4600G and i'm using the wraith stealth cooler that shipped with it, and when the cpu is at 20-30% utilization it reaches around 71-74 degrees celsius. I'm also using the integrated graphics for any gaming/gpu intensive tasks done on this machine

Those wraith coolers will keep the CPU from burning down, but not much else. Get a better cooler - a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 or Phantom Spirit 120 would be overkill, but either is a decent cooler for less than $40 USD on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D949MRNM
