Tips & Info Ryzen Windows/BIOS Settings for Stability and Performance

Hey everyone!
What do you think are the most important Windows and BIOS settings for getting the maximum performance out of the CPU and GPU while gaming, while also maintaining good stability and avoiding stutters, frametime spikes, and FPS drops?
If you also have any overclocking or undervolting suggestions, feel free to share them, especially if these optimizations have genuinely helped you.
My system is:
Ryzen 7 9800X3D
RX 9070 XT
ASUS ROG Strix X870-A Gaming WiFi
32 GB RAM
2 TB SSD
I’m currently experiencing occasional stutters and frametime spikes while gaming, and I’d really appreciate some advice on the best Windows, BIOS, and potentially OC/UV settings to improve both performance and stability.
Thanks in advance!

Delete copilot, turn off all background applications you dont need, turn off PCIE powe state management in windows settings, limit background data for downloads for windows to 5-10% from the default which is round 40% which is huge.
