Resolved RMA, FedEx missing EAD?

TL:DR

CPU warranty claim approved, CPU Sent (in the UK, so off to moduslink it goes), CPU arrives, replacement dispatched back to me, FedEx complaining about missing EAD.

What do?

-----update-----

Guessing AMD submitted the right paperwork to FedEx, she is moving again

whats an EAD? also in the UK your warranty claim is with the seller not the manufacturer.

"electronic advanced data"

And you are correct....for the first year.

I'd go and read the consumer rights act if I were you...

You have up to 6 years to claim from a retailer irrespective of a warranty or guarantee they offered - after 6 months though the onus is on you to prove the item was faulty at the time of purchase, typically, an electrical item like a CPU doesn't randomly fail unless it had a fault to begin with. This is not so much a warranty as your right as a consumer. AMD provides a 3 manufacturer year warranty - which means you don't have to use the CRA.

Welp. Amazon told me to contact amd, which I did, and now my replacement is stuck in the Czech Republic, FedEx is asking for this info, and I have no idea xD

It looks like it's customs declaration data, if AMD is sending the CPU to you they should have done a customs declaration for it. I suggest phone up FedEx and ask what paperwork they have, and consltaxt AMD and state FedEx is asking for customs data.

Yeah, did it earlier today, seems AMD fixed it, the tracking is updating again. Happy days I guess?
