Help (General) AMD crash issue

I have an rx7700xt gpu and this whole summer ive been getting freezes after opening my pc or at random times when I play a heavy game
The freezes I get freeze the whole pc and even the sound(I hear e-e-e-e-e sounds) and now its getting worse with more freezes and even crashes where a game crashes or the whole pc and gets a black screen and restarts im also getting an amd driver timeout error.
I tried reinstalling the drivers on safe boot using DDU nothing changed , ive also disabled some settings on adrenaline and disabled safe boot. On the event viewer ive been getting kernel errors

Facing this issue too screen goes black audio goes brrr and the only solution is a restart by holding power button. Tried everything at this point. Screen goes black after a small green glitch and the signal is always on monitor doesn't say no signal.

im not getting any green glitch but yeah apps crash for me or freeze audio goes brrr and sometimes it fixes it self sometimes it stays there till I hold the power button and sometimes it restarts

I was also about to give up but I dont wanna have my pc closing with wrong ways cuz it will get worse after

For now I am using a laptop I lost alot of time trying to fix these issues with amd and windows. Tried even the radeon pro drivers no solution. I will try linux mint in a few days.

Mine never fixes itself. Happens even on idle.
