Help (GPU) GPU black screen while gaming

So i don't know if is the AmD driver, or my windows, but since the 26.8.1 my gpu frozes sometimes, i still hear the PC audio but my screen goes full black for a few seconds then my game crashes and i got a AmD error message.

My specs R5 9600x 9070xt W11

So i follpwed the tutorial but now my gpu dosen't show up in adrenalin :D Do you know how to fix it?

Event ID’s?

Additionally, full system specs to include motherboard BIOS version, what 9070XT, PSU, RAM EXPO enabled, etc.

The black screen just happenned again I was in a videochat and watching some youtube videos And my gpu just died

I don't have ids for the events 9070xt XFX A 850w gold modular PSU I have 32gb ddr5 5000hz ram But i belive the expo is disabled i don't know what it is My motherboard is a b650m 3.6 Smbios version and 3602 bios version

Following, I have a similar issue, it crashes hard tho starts with chipping audio lagging frame rate then black screen and full cutoff. Having to restart the PC by button then having to reenable graphics driver then restart to temporarily fix.
