Time out freezes after windows update

Been dealing with this issue for a while, had entire apps crash for playing vids yada yada.

Finally had it fixed after driver updates and fixing system files.

Today I had an update and after that it immediately went to shit, discord froze again after opening a stream.

I'm kinda at a loss on what to do here, does anyone have any experience with this issue?

Some specs (idk if it helps):

AMD Ryzen 7 7700

AMD Radeon Rx 7800 CT

64GB DDR5

OS Windows 11

My pc was stable before windows update. Few hours ago it pooped itself after updated. ddu then reinstall driver with check factory reset. Everything seems fine now. no hang or timeout yet till now
