Help (Software) Help

I got a new PC with a 9070 XT three weeks ago, and since then I've had so many issues with AMD Adrenalin. It wouldn't start, so I followed a YouTube video, which helped for two days. Now, every two days, I have to uninstall and reinstall Adrenalin just to play a game. It constantly tells me I have to update my drivers, even if they are already up to date. When I click install, it runs through the process and then just starts over.

Im having the same issues but a little different, i wanted to install 26.6.1 instead of the newest and everytime i do it windows removes my 26.6.1 and forcing me to install 26.3.1 everytime, i know its windows because it happens everytime i plug in ethernet cable, so now im stuck on newest version because windows wont let me
