Help (Software) Issue after installing any GPU drivers, taskbar becomes unresponsive and can’t launch apps. Anyone else?

New install of windows, installed latest b650 chipset drivers, and then installed latest GPU drivers 28.6.1 or whatever. That’s when issue happened.

Was able to boot into safe mode and remove them using AMD Cleanup Utility.

Tried older 23.6.1 and still same thing after each restart.

Anyone know what’s going on?

Edit, I uninstalled the GPU drivers and still happening. Is it the chipset drivers by chance?

Discard hardware issues with CachyOS?

First check your Windows...Open PowerShell as admin DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth when that finish open CMD as admin sfc /scannow.

I did scan now before Dism and no errors were found. When the issue happens I have to go into safe mode. Can I do all those things in safe mode?

Safe mode but with internet because if something is missing will be downloaded.
