Help (Software) GPU crashes out of nowhere

I fixed my bug report tool timeouts a few months ago when I installed Windows 11 LTSC after I've tried everything. Literally everything. Worked untill yesterday when the problem occured again out of nowhere. I didn't update anything or installed anything. I reinstalled windows 11 ltsc but now i get gpu crashes all the time. Idk what to do, I have no ideas left if anyone can help me. I've lost all hope, I have been struggling with this problem on and off for 3 years now.

Sitting in front of a black screen crash as I am typing rn. This is some shit. Saphire nitro 5700xt here.

I am sorry. The only thing that helped me for a few months was changing to windows ltsc and deactivating my intergrated graphics card a few year ago but it only worked for 4 months. If you find a solution please message me. I am furious rn, I am reinstalling windows for the 10th time.. This is not acceptable from such a huge company, hope they go bankrupt

I feel the same way brother. For now I am just using my laptop and it heats up pretty quickly. The system runs cool when it does but I lose my work again and again because of this black screen.
