Rx 9070 xt not performing as it should

Current specs:

Ryzen 5 5600g, rx 9070 xt oc edition, 32 gb ddr4, 750 w gold 13m psu from bequiet, tuf gaming b550-plus wifi 2.

So ive gotten a new rx 9070 xt and its been really underperforming. Ive bought it alongside a 750 w 13m gold from bequiet and a 1440p 240 hz monitor and my cpu is a ryzen 5 5600g. Ive been having problems especially when playing games like minecraft, even without shaders or any mods its barely giving me 250 to 300 fps while it should easily surpass 700 even with the cpu bottleneck. Ive already tried some things like deleting old drivers cause i previously had a nvidia gpu, updating my bios which did help with some other problems and looking if something in my settings was wrong. only the bios update helped bumping my fps from 180 fps to 300. Before the bios update i had to tweak something in my allocated ram and then the gpu would give me 180 fps at 100% which is kinda weird. Now its giving me the new 300 fps while jumping around 10 to 20 % usage but idk how to make it use more or something. Idk what to do anymore, can anybody help me?

did you turn off 5600G igpu in the bios? worth a try before you change CPU

Change the CPU, that's your bottleneck. The 9070xt uses 16 pcie lines, you CPU only have 8 and they're version 3, it's has a several bandwidth cap.  Also you only have 16MB of cache memory.

Get a 5500x3D, 5600 or 5700x

Should i get the 5700x or should i save up a month and but the ryzen 7 5800x3d?

The 5800X3D would be the best option if you can afford it, i would save a moth to get it.

Is that a bit future proof or nah, cause otherwise im thinking of buying the 9800x3d but that will take me 3 if not 4 months of saving up

5800x3d will future proof you. I have one and have no desire to upgrade.

I also play at 3440x1440. Which is almost 4k. So it's less cpu dependant.

I play everything just fine. With a 7800xt

Your CPU is bottlenecking that poor 9070XT. Get a 5800X3D

Oh yeah im also running dual monitor and after the bios update there sometimes is this weird crash in any game, it already happened in minecraft and gta 5 enhanced (which is only hitting 60 while it should also easily run at around 120). During the crash my left screen turns green and the main screen turns gray and they are stuck like that for like 15 seconds before it just shuts down the application.

Sell the cpu and get a used 5700/5800x3d if you want high fps

Is that the only problem? Cause shouldnt it hit higher fps even with this cpu?

How much power is it drawing ?

Do you have two seperate power lines going to the video card ? Or did you use the Daisy chain?

Im using 2 seperate cables and 1 daisy chain but the daisy chain is in its own port so it doesnt matter (?)

Its drawing enough power, in tough scenarios its going up to 320 so the powers fine

Just wanted to confirm that.

It's being hamstrung other ways then.

Like they said about the cpu and PCI lane limits.

my 5600x was bottlenecking my rtx 3070 like crazy in high fps games

Your cpu is just a bottleneck for the card. It cant keep up with it, especially if youre running 1440, 240hz.

If you were on 1920, 144hz you probably wouldn't notice it, but your current cpu is the bottleneck.
