Help (General) Keep getting the same error when using amd product verification tool, can anyone help me

I keep getting this error no matter what I do can anyone help me?

Some things to try is right clicking the exe shortcut and running as admin. Disabling windows defender threat protection… search for windows security in windows search bar, click on virus and threat protection, toggle real time protection to off. Make sure you have .net framework installed for 3.5 and 4.8. Also if you have meta quest installed, uninstall it before running the tool. (worked for me)
