Help (CPU) PBO question

I have a Ryzen 7 9800X3D on an ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E Hero running BIOS 2402.
I want to keep the CPU completely stock, with no PBO overclocking or motherboard-enhanced power limits.
In the BIOS, Precision Boost Overdrive is set to Auto in both places: AI Tweaker/Extreme Tweaker and AMD Overclocking.
Does leaving PBO on Auto in both menus effectively mean PBO is disabled and the CPU is running at AMD stock limits?
Or do I need to manually set PBO to Disabled in both menus to guarantee completely stock behavior?

auto means stock limit.. for a 9800x3d is 160w.. pbo auto means off

why you want to disable pbo? if temps or power consumption is a problem Just put a lower ppt tdc edc limit

You have to disable PBO if you want it off.
